MR PETER ALAN RAYNOR

Peter was appointed Company Secretary of the company on 20 June 2005. Peter is a member of the Australian Society of CPA's with over 20 years corporate experience, having held senior financial and commercial positions in both large private and publicly listed companies. Peter has overall responsibility for financial management of the company.
MR DAVID ROSS
General Manager – Operations

David started his career in vessel maintenance before commencing a seagoing career progressing from Junior Engineer to 1st Engineer. David has sailing experience onboard livestock vessels, service and supply vessels in drill rig support, Cape & Handy Size Bulk Carriers, General Cargo and Container Vessels.
In 1995 David moved into a shoreside position with BHP Transport, Melbourne working initially as Ship Operations Officer. He progressed through the company as Ship Manager for Cape and Panamax size vessels; Senior Chartering Officer; and Scheduling & Operations Manager. In 2001 David moved to the Netherlands with BHP Billiton as Operations Manager and then Commerce Manager responsible for chartering and trading activities.
In July 2005 David returned to Mermaid Marine as the General Manager Operations with the mandate to steer the three operating divisions of Vessel Operations, Slipway and Supply Bases through a period of rapid growth. David is actively involved in the development of strategic direction of the company as a member of the senior management team.

Prior to joining Mermaid Marine in 2001 Ted spent some 20 years with the Fugro organisation (and its predecessor in Australia, Associated Surveys) in a multitude of offshore and onshore roles including Project Management, Operations Manager, Business Development and Commercial Manager in Australia, South East Asia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
Ted has an extensive network of contacts in the industry worldwide and continues as an active participant in industry associations. Ted is the point of contact for major projects, tenders and other opportunities.

WAYNE HOLMES
Regional Manager North and West
Toll Energy
Wayne is responsible for the management of the commercial functions for all Toll Energy business units. His responsibilities are inclusive of the contract reviews and management for all customers, suppliers and contractors including property, asset, and insurance portfolio management and contract and sub-contract risk management.
Wayne is a qualified CPA with a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University (Double Major in Accounting and Finance), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Post Graduate CPA Programme.
Wayne previously held a Commercial Manager role with CI Minerals Australia and with WMC Resources. He has also held Financial Management positions at WMC, Bunnings and Wesfarmers.
PAUL NIEUWKERK
Business Development Manager
Toll Energy
Paul has over 20 years experience in the transport and logistics industry. His skill base includes contract management, preparation and control of budgets and operational schedules, monitoring of work progress, implementation of QA systems and management liaison and reporting. Paul has general management responsibility for Western Australia and Northern Territory onshore and offshore logistics and supply base support and provides leadership for 20 staff across 3 operational locations, is responsible for operational facilities and equipment and for budget management, cost controls and OHSE and security.
Paul previously held management roles at Westfarmers before joining Toll, first with Toll Mining Services as Operations Manager WA before taking up his current position with Toll Energy.

GLENN BENSON
General Manager
Toll Energy
Glenn has extensive experience at a senior level in the transport and logistics industry, mostly servicing the oil and gas industry. During his 30 year involvement with the industry, Glenn has held a wide variety of management positions including senior appointments with Toll Energy, TNT Energy Logistics and Energy Trucking for fourteen years.
Glenn has an excellent understanding of the services Toll provides to the oil and gas industry including maintaining a detailed working knowledge of technical requirements, heavy lift, project logistics, QA processes and HSE requirements. He has a very strong project management background and has led a number of high-level teams to successfully complete significant logistics supply chain consultancy projects. Glenn has also been associated with a number of major onshore and offshore construction projects.
In addition to his current Business Development role, Glenn also assists with project and contract implementation and acts as the Account Manager for several of Toll Energy’s major customers.
Prior to joining Energy Trucking, Glenn held Senior positions with Bellway and Gascoyne Trading.
Supply Base Management
MR BRIAN PHILP
Supply Base Manager
Brian is responsible for all operational matters pertaining to the day-to-day running of the Broome Supply Base including on-site HSE, customer liaison, scheduling, movements and staffing.
Brian is a highly respected member of the Broome community and one of Australia’s most accomplished drilling managers with more than thirty years experience in oil and gas exploration and development.
