PAUL LITTLE
Managing Director, Toll Holdings Limited
Paul Little became Toll Holdings’ Managing Director in 1986, when he was largely responsible for arranging the Management Buy Out from Peko Wallsend Ltd. Mr Little won the inaugural Trans-Tasman Business Leader Award in 2005, the CA/Zurich Business Leader Award in 2002, and has led a team that has achieved significant growth and wealth for all of Toll Holdings shareholders since well prior to the Group listing in 1993.
Whilst Toll traces its history to the 19th century, the present management team has developed the company into the Asian Region’s pre-eminent provider or integrated logistics services.
Toll today, is ranked within the top 50 of the ‘ASX Top 150 Listed Companies’.
Mr Little remains the largest private shareholder in the Group.

BERNARD MCINERNEY
Company Secretary, Toll Holdings Limited
Mr Bernard McInerney is Company Secretary for Toll Holdings Limited.
He joined Toll not long after the 1993 public float, in March 1994, as General Manager Finance and Company Secretary.
Since the, Mr McInerney has been a key member of the management team through Toll’s extraordinary acquisitive growth, including the acquisition of Patrick Corporation – which has been described as the “biggest and toughest hostile takeover in Australian history”.
Prior to joining Toll, Mr McInerney worked for five years in a Melbourne-based local transport and container group and prior to that, five years within the transport division of a major international transport group.
Mr McInerney’s interests include his family life, beach volleyball, jetskiing and travel.
